Our Services include credit report analysis, dispute preparation and submission, debt validation requests, credit-building education and strategy, and related consulting work performed on behalf of individual clients.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to engage our Services. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you sign up, and you must keep that information up to date.

Pricing is custom and discussed in your free consultation. Specific fees, billing schedule, and payment terms are detailed in your written services agreement. Consistent with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you are not charged for services that have not yet been performed. We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors.
Federal law gives you the right to cancel your services agreement, without penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days of signing it. After that initial cancellation period, you may cancel at any time on the terms set out in your services agreement. To cancel, send written notice to info@NXTLevelConsultants.com or by mail to the address provided in your services agreement.
NXT Level Consultants does not guarantee any specific outcome. Results vary based on individual circumstances, the accuracy of items reported, the responsiveness of credit bureaus and creditors, and many other factors outside our control. Examples of past client results shown anywhere on our website, social media, or marketing materials are illustrative — they are not promises of what will happen in your case.
We will work in good faith using established legal processes. We will tell you what's realistic and what isn't. We will not make promises we can't keep.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NXT Level Consultants and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or website — including lost profits, lost opportunities, or diminished credit access — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms is limited to the amount you have actually paid us for Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The website, its design, logos, text, images, and code are owned by NXT Level Consultants and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Personalized work product we create for you (your custom dispute strategy, dispute letters drafted in your name, etc.) is for your use in connection with your case.

These services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or any issues arising from your use of them.
